Evaluation of Prediction

Implementer!

 

This role suits me perfectly as I feel that I have ' common  sense, self control and discipline'. I'm also a hard worker and am not afraid to share the workload. Organization is also key in team work, and I'm quite confident that I'm capable of managing the team for the benefit of everyone. The prediction that implementers are rigid and inflexible also applies to me as sometimes, I find it hard to go with the flow.
