Team Work

What is the overall aim of your team?  What are you trying to achieve?
I think our aim is to study the rate of vandalism in Kuala Lumpur. We want to better understand the reason behind vandalism among teenagers and whether there is a line between vandalism and art. I think our target is also to promote awareness regarding the serious issue of vandalism by producing posters or even a tv commercial

What specific roles are needed to complete your group task effectively?
Roles: Researchers, Multimedia peeps, Editors, Contributors etc.

Using people's strengths allocate the roles.
I would like to be the one that carries out interviews and surveys. I can also help Carlos in multimedia

Roles of responsibility.  Will you have a team leader or organiser?  Who will this be? Why?
We do need a team leader to organize teamwork. There must be someone to report to regarding work and progress. Thus, I suggest Nicole to be the team leader. After all, she came out with the idea for this project so i’m sure she has a clear plan for this. She is also responsible and possesses communication skills that are vital in teamwork. She is also not afraid to contribute her ideas. In short, I think Nicole will make a good team leader. But this is not to say that all the work will go to her name. There must be a regulation in workload so that the leader is not the one doing everything.
